 # 冬瓜桑拿鸡的做法
 冬瓜桑拿鸡是一道清爽的蒸菜，冬瓜垫底吸饱鸡汁，虫草花提鲜，鸡肉嫩滑，上汽一蒸即成。热量低、蛋白足，做法简单，从备菜到出锅大约需要 35 分钟，适合日常家常制作。

 - 鸡肉
 - 姜丝
 - 生抽
 - 蚝油
 - 盐
 - 食用油
 - 冬瓜
 - 虫草花
 ## 计算
 每份（一份恰好够 2 人食用）：
 - 鸡肉 400 g（切块）
 - 冬瓜 300 g（切薄片）
 - 虫草花 30 g（提前冲洗泡软）
 - 姜丝 10 g
 - 生抽 15 ml
 - 蚝油 10 g
 - 盐 3 g
 - 食用油 10 ml
 ## 操作
 1. 鸡切块，加姜丝、生抽、蚝油、盐、食用油，揉搓均匀后腌制 20 分钟
 2. 冬瓜切薄片铺在盘子底部
 3. 再铺一层泡好的虫草花
 4. 把腌好的鸡肉铺在虫草花上面
 5. 水烧开后放入蒸锅，上汽后蒸 15 分钟，出锅即可
 ## 附加内容
 - 冬瓜切薄片铺底更容易蒸熟入味，垫在底下还能吸满鸡汤的鲜味
 - 虫草花提前冲洗泡软，铺在冬瓜和鸡肉之间，让鲜味上下渗透
